I became involved with Shakespearean Authorship Studies after reading Mark Anderson's blockbuster, Shakespeare by Another Name -- it now amounts to an obsession -- I believe it was the 17th Earl of Oxford, Edward deVere, who was the pen to Jacques-Pierre's post ... Will of Avon, cast by fellow-Stratfordian James Burbage, was the compleat thespian. According to Aristotle, Thespis was the first person ever to appear on stage as an actor playing a character in a play instead of speaking as him or herself. Jake's been in character as the Author of Venus & Adonis since some 6 to 10 weeks after the Murder of Kit Marlowe in 1593 to the present day.
On the day of the Summer's Solstice, I was indeed fortunate to accompany Michael Morse along w/his wife and a handful of others to Devonshire Lane off Bishopsgate across the street from Bedlam and witness the rediscovery the brick wall (above) of deVere's writers' studio -- Fisher's Folly.
On Sundays, beginning November 3, 2013 from 1PM to 3PM Central Time (11-1 PT, 7-9 PM BST) Salon Sonja will host Fisher's Folly Revisited for presentations of research, forums, discussions and encourage participation and
Friday, 18 October features a full moon eclipse. There is a Toronto deVere Convention that weekend ... I will present my work in progress "Auteur Theory" in line with John Dee's advice to James Burbage regarding the establishment of The Theater ... Burbage signed it the Lease for the land on which he built The Theater on the day of a full moon eclipse, probably before sunrise, with a vital fluid (blood, saliva, urine, semen) mixed into the ink; you know how successful a venture that was. His son, Richard Burbage, who was 2 years younger than Shakespeare, was the first to intone on a public stage the famous soliloquies etched on so many souls ... and was, with Shakespeare the Elizabethan version of the Glimmer Twins.
The major premise of Auteur Theory is that Kit Marlowe was killed because he was leaking state secrets on stage -- there is evidence for this in Faustus; the state secrets had to do with the grand theft of John Dee's library ...
